The Grammy-award winning R&B sensation, Toni Braxton brought Johannesburg TicketPro Dome to a standstill on Saturday night with her smooth vocals.
The 52-year-old songstress commemorates her 25th anniversary in the music industry and what better way to celebrate than a special tour for her fans. Braxton, who headlined the sold out ‘As Long As I Live’ concert, was surprised by the crowd that sang along all her songs.
The singer performed some of her classics, Just Be A Man About It, Un-Break My Heart, Breathe Again and her platinum single from her recent album, As Long As I live. The crowd got on their feet for the singer who showcased her dance choreography and piano skills.
Local award-winning singer, Shekhinah opened for Braxton with her hits Suited, Please Mr and Back to the Beach.
While in the country, Toni Braxton will visit the Ronald McDonald House Charities South Africa in association with McDonald’s.
