In a shocking turn of events, Kanye West is facing serious allegations of workplace abuse filed by a former employee of Donda Academy, Trevor Phillips.
The lawsuit paints a troubling picture of Ye’s behavior within the institution, highlighting a series of disturbing incidents:Allegedly, Kanye West proposed introducing a jail at the school to lock children in cages.
Phillips claims Ye wanted students to shave their heads, imposing strict and arbitrary rules.According to the lawsuit, West physically threatened Phillips, alternating between aggression and bizarre behavior, even mimicking Super Mario’s victory dance.
Following his split from Adidas and Gap over accusations of anti-Semitism, Ye allegedly expressed intentions to target the LGBTQ+ community next, alleging they are part of a population control scheme by Bill Gates.
Phillips, who is Black, alleges racial discrimination, stating that Ye treated Black staff considerably worse than white employees.Additional accusations include promoting anti-Semitism, expressing preferences for dating white women, threatening to fire overweight employees, and misusing $2 million of the school’s funds on a Paris trip.
In a disturbing December 2022 meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, West allegedly made offensive remarks praising Hitler, denying the Holocaust, and dismissing gay people as “non-Christians”, further exacerbating the uncomfortable atmosphere.
Phillips is seeking a minimum of $35,000 in damages, citing whistleblower retaliation, racial discrimination, and a hostile work environment, among eight other causes of action.
