Welcome to Urban Street Culture ZA (“Urban Street Culture”, “USC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Urban Street Culture website, urbanstreetculture.co.za, and any purchase made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Urban Street Culture

Urban Street Culture ZA is an online magazine and cultural platform focused on Culture, Lifestyle, Music and Entertainment.

Our online store offers merchandise made available by Urban Street Culture.

All merchandise sold through our online store is sold directly by Urban Street Culture. We do not operate as a marketplace for third-party sellers.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products without prior notice.

We do not sell unauthorised branded merchandise through our online store.

3. Prices

All product prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

The price payable for an order is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, unless required by law.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation or payment confirmation where applicable.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Urban Street Culture.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

• payment has not been successfully received;
• a product is no longer available;
• there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Payment

Payments for merchandise purchased through our online store are processed through Payfast.

Urban Street Culture uses Payfast as its payment gateway for merchandise transactions.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed and dispatched.

We do not request or store your full payment card details on our website.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, conditions and security procedures of the applicable payment provider.

6. Delivery

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery destination, product availability and courier circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, incorrect delivery information or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Urban Street Culture is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery information supplied by the customer was incorrect, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs required to resend the order.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where a return, replacement or refund is required under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts and clearance prices may be subject to specific terms stated with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
