This Shipping Policy explains how Urban Street Culture ZA (“Urban Street Culture”, “USC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes and delivers merchandise ordered through our online store. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only.

2. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order, unless a different amount is shown at checkout.

The delivery charge applicable to your order is displayed at checkout before you make payment.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed only once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Payments are processed through Payfast.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery destination, product availability and courier circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, incorrect delivery information or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

Urban Street Culture is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs required to resend the order.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and photographs where applicable. These cases are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
