We say congratulation to Musawenkosi Gumede for taking the Miss Soweto 2019 crown. From 1st Princess and miss personality 2017 to becoming Miss Soweto 2019, Musawenkosi is a true example of never giving up on your dreams and to fight till you win.

Musawenkosi was crowned Miss Soweto 2019 on the 30th of November at the Soweto theatre. Thato Khubeka from Tladi took the 1st princess title along with the Miss Even and Lovely award, while Fhulufelo Bilankulu took the 2nd princesses crown. The pageant was judged by the beautiful Nolo Phiri, Bona magazine Beauty and Health Editor Grace Mantjiu and Zazinhle Mthembu.

The production of Miss Soweto 2019 was spectacular and the audience sure enjoyed the MC's Refiloe Motsei and Nthabiseng Kgasi (Miss Soweto 2016) with the beautiful Thando from Idols 2018 as well as Harrison Crump on stage as they kept the crowd entertained.  Congratulations to the girls that made it to top 20 and the production would have not been the same without them and White star the pageants biggest sponsor
