A disgraced gospel star Mmarona (Gaosi Raditholo) finds herself caught between two powerful forces pulling her in opposite directions. A money-making scheme lands on Wendy’s (KB Motsilanyane) lap. Heartbreak town calls for a young woman who finds her love interest mesmerised by someone else. A spiritual father gives a lost soul words of wisdom. Two secret lovers are caught in the act while two rival recording companies rise against each other over a talented gospel star’s signature. A young woman puts rules that might prove difficult for her lover. Gabriel (Buyile Mdladla) strengthens his grip, making moves that could shake Genesis Records. Ishmael (Craig Nobela) stares temptation in the face, will he fall or walk away?

MaKhumalo (Ayanda Borotho) demands the impossible and gets it. A dream shatters Banele’s (Bonko Khoza) peace forcing him to confront the life he’s stolen before it’s too late. Themba (Bonga Dlamini) refuses to walk away from the cross even as his family begins to break around him. Zama (Nelisiwe Sibiya) tries to create some distance between herself and Banele while Pablo (Siphosethu Mabaso) enjoys having him on his team. Mbali (Mbalenhle Dladla) makes a heartbreaking choice to honor her grief and the brother she lost, but not everyone is ready to let go. A sacred ritual takes a dangerous turn and reveals more than anyone was prepared to hear.

Brother Justice (Anele Situlweni) makes his intentions very clear with Thumeka (Zenande Mfenyane). Titus (Kay Sibiya) warns Zoleka (Lunathi Mampofu) about going down a path she won’t be able to return from. Meanwhile, the Zondos are in the best place they’ve been in a while. Zoleka is informed of a breach into a law firm via Khusela Tech. Hlathi (Sisa Hewana) shocks Thumeka when he makes it clear what he wants from her. Zoleka is haunted, a ghost from her past threatens to blow open her secret and recruits a very dangerous assistant. Qhawe (Ayakha Ntunjwa) and Mawethu (Prince Grootboom) share a tender moment while Lazarus (Loyiso Macdonald) and Zoleka’s relationship reaches new levels.

As Nomusa takes her power back, something deep ignites between Zethu and Sifiso, meanwhile Shwabi (Jabulani Masilela) finally sees through Ngarage’s evil ways, and explodes.
