(Johannesburg, 24 October 2025) — Levi’s® brought connection and celebration to Johannesburg and Durban last weekend with its Curvy Connect experience. The events, hosted by Levi’s® Curvy brand ambassador Nomzamo Mbatha, brought fans together to celebrate body confidence, self-expression, and the denim made to move with them.
Taking over Levi’s® Sandton City, Mall of Africa, Pavilion Mall, and Gateway Mall, the Curvy community showed up in style. Shoppers were invited to explore the Levi’s® Curvy collection, try on new fits like the 501® Curve, Cinch Baggy and Cinch Barrel, and share in an unforgettable experience with Nomzamo.
While both cities brought the energy, Durban delivered the weekend’s most special moments. Nomzamo was surprised by her former high school teacher in a reunion that brought happy tears and hugs all around. Surrounded by her family, friends, and former classmates, she was showered with flowers and gifts as her loved ones watched her shine in the city that raised her.
The events were brought to life through the support of Creme of Nature, Inverroche, MAC Cosmetics, Lindt and Vida e Caffè, who added their flair to the celebrations.
