After Hours by Decorex Brings Four Nights of Design, Dining and Culture to Cape Town CBD

Cape Town, South Africa – June 2026 – Decorex Cape Town is taking the design conversation beyond the exhibition floor with the launch of After Hours by Decorex, a curated programme of evening experiences running from 25 to 28 June 2026 across some of Cape Town’s most exciting venues.

Presented in partnership with Santam, Lexus and the City of Cape Town, the initiative extends the energy of Decorex Cape Town beyond the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), creating opportunities for attendees to connect, unwind and experience the city’s vibrant cultural scene after a day of exploring design innovation.

Design Meets Cape Town Nightlife

Each venue has been carefully selected to reflect the city’s diverse design and lifestyle landscape, creating memorable experiences for visitors and locals alike.

Thursday, 25 June: Wine, Scent and Creative Energy

The programme opens at Aperitif on Bree Street, where guests can enjoy an evening of premium wines and charcuterie from 16:00 to 21:00. Featuring some of the Western Cape’s finest local produce, the event offers the perfect setting to relax after a day at Decorex.

Also taking place on Thursday is Travelling Through Scent at Gozdava 1590 on Loop Street. Running from 17:45 to 19:00, the immersive experience explores how fragrance shapes memories and creates a sense of place, highlighting the connection between scent and interior design.

Later in the evening, Club Koooooos takes over Club Kloof on Kloof Street from 18:00 onwards. Hosted by Curatorial Edge, the event combines contemporary art, music and dining in an atmosphere designed to blur the boundaries between creative expression and nightlife.

Friday, 26 June: Dinner and Design Conversations

On Friday evening, visitors are invited to continue the conversation at Our Local Kloof Street, a popular neighbourhood café known for its relaxed atmosphere.
